Note: Our order cutoff time is based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time, and delivery may take longer during peak seasons or promotions.

Shipping Delays

Undelivered Packages

Incorrect Addresses

Any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Farmhousemerch is not liable for these charges or for failed deliveries in the following cases:
- The package is refused by the recipient.
- Delivery fails after multiple attempts.
